Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on finifini.ie. Please read them before you order. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. About us

This website is run by FINI FINI, 24 Kill Avenue, Dublin, A96 T959, Ireland. You can contact us at finifinistudio@gmail.com.

2. Your order

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. Your order is accepted, and a contract between us is formed, when that confirmation is sent. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a run has sold out or a product was shown at the wrong price. If we do, we will tell you and refund you in full.

3. Pre-orders and made-to-order pieces

Our pieces are made to order in small runs. Payment is taken in full at checkout. Pre-orders are dispatched within 6 to 8 weeks of ordering, as set out in our Shipping Policy. If we cannot make your piece, or it will be significantly delayed, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and include any taxes that apply. Delivery costs are added at checkout and shown before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Our pieces

We describe and photograph our pieces as accurately as we can. Colours can look different from screen to screen, and natural fabrics such as linen vary slightly from piece to piece. Please check our size guide before you order.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched, and you have 14 days from delivery to return your order. Full details are in our Refund Policy. These rights are in addition to your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.

7. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. Our designs and content

All designs, patterns, photographs and text on this website belong to FINI FINI. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this website when you place it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you live elsewhere in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of your own country, and you may bring a claim in the courts of Ireland or of the country where you live.
