Refund policy

Every FINI FINI piece is made to order in a small run. If something is not right for you, here is how cancellations, returns and refunds work.

Cancelling a pre-order

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Email finifinistudio@gmail.com with your order number.

Returning a piece

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to tell us you would like to return it. Email finifinistudio@gmail.com with your order number and the pieces you are returning. You then have a further 14 days to send them back to us.

Please return pieces unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached, in their original packaging where possible. You are welcome to try a piece on as you would in a shop. If a piece comes back worn, washed, damaged or without its tags, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Return postage

You pay the cost of sending your return to us, unless the piece is faulty or we sent you the wrong item. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund a parcel that does not reach us.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of you telling us you are returning your order. We may wait until we have received the pieces back, or you have shown us proof that you have sent them, before we issue the refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

If you return your whole order, we also refund the delivery charge you paid. If you chose a faster delivery option, we refund the cost of our standard delivery only.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Because each run is small, the size you would like may no longer be available. If you need a different size, please return your piece for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your piece is faulty or is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund, and cover the cost of return postage.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
